312 oil pumping on 1 side of motor

312 oil pumping on 1 side of motor
I have a 312 in a 1959 Centurty Boat. It has been sitting for years and we want to get it going again. We cleaned out all the fuel lines, newer carb and it runs amazingly well.
Problem......... i have the valve covers off and there is no oil returning out of the rocker arm tube only on the right side of the engine. I took off the rocker arm assembly and cranked the motor, nothing comes out of the head.
Changed oil, tried Sea Foam as a flush. Made no difference
Any Ideas? Oil pressure guage is not operational.
I have 3 boys that have never had a ride in this woody, Please help.
