Alignment Issues

I have a 99 F150 4x4 with 5.4L. A couple of years ago I put a suspension lift on it and 35s under it. Since then, I can not get an alignment without having to do front end work. This time it's the Pitman arm and the Idler Arm. They both were replaced 4 months ago (5000 miles). I don't go off-road alot, only at the hunt club and we don't run dogs so I'm not beating my truck up. Is this normal for these parts to wear so fast? In the past 15 months this will make 4 times replacing. It's getting expensive as its eating my tires and now I don't trust the place that's been doing the work. What brand parts should I be looking for? I want something made not to be replaced every 5k. I think I'm going to do the work myself and then take it to another place for alignment. Thanks in advance for your help.
