Yesterday a friend and I installed a jvc 320 head unit plus 4 kappa infinity speakers 300w pushed by a Tis 700w 5 channel amp. MTX package of dual 10 subs and 800w magnum amp. An ssl s4 Equalizer and all new speaker wire and harnesses. The problem I have is everything powers up but I cant get any sound from the HU. I can hear sound from the subs and speakers when I get cables near inputs. Not music but like there is a mic on. What can I do or check to fix this problem? Thanks Stumped.

 

check all the connections again. ALL of them. start from point A. check the amp fuses too. make sure the power and ground arent crossing.
