Hitch Mounted Motorcycle Carrier

I was wondering if anyone has used a hitch mounted motorcycle carrier before and what the pros and cons are. I have always been a little leary of these things but it will save me alot of MPG not having to pull my 5x8 covered trailer. My MPG instantly drops to 10 MPG when pulling this trailer empty or full.

I've seen hitch mounted motorcycle pullers where one wheel is up on the hitch and one on the ground and you tow it like a tow truck.

I have seen those as well but this is a dirt bike. It is light enough to put the whole thing on the hitch.

I use a hitch mounted moto carrier all the time. I have a ktm 450exc. Doesn't make the rear end drop at all. Just be careful your handlebars don't hitched rear window. Do your research on brands before you buy.

That should say "hit" rear window.

Use 1 everyweekend to haul my sons kx250f. Also use a double carrier aswell. They work great. Very simple and once u load a bike ull see how easy it is to tie it down without hittin or smackin the window.
Once I hit the dirt the bike is SOLID on the carrier but mine rocks side to side because of the play in the hit and carrier. Not a big deal at all just looks funny the 1st time it rocks side to side in ur side mirror when ur not expecting it.haha

"Trail a bike". I still have mine. I used to pull my PE250 with it on my Mustang. I still wake up at night with a start thinking about that....

I know we aren't supposed to sell on the threads, but if anyone wants one, send me a PM..... I'd be happy to sell it to anyone who can't be convinced they are one of the worst ways to haul a bike.
