Here is a 100% stock 51 that was restored in the late 90's for a ford dealership owner . It was restored at the ford place he had. IT WILL BE MINE 2MOR.
Thats the one on the Atlanta craigslist right? That is a beutiful truck. Congrats. I thought about calling on it this afternoon but if I did I would cease to exist. It's not a good idea to tell the mother of your 2 week old baby you are bringing home another project
YES its was on c/l but i talked him down 1,500. It needs the wood redone and will get a new paint job. SAME COLOR !!!! Then it will be 4 sale !!!!! MAYBE
maybe if i can't push the clutch. My mustang is easy and i don't even use it but to put it in 1st or R. Having only part of my leg i learned to use my hip to get the push i need. AIN'T LIFE A BEACH !!!!! lol lol
In my opinion, the clutches on these trucks aren't really all that bad. I hope you can do it. That's a nice truck. You're building quite a collection there.
Great score!!!!
I dont think chrome grill was stock tho, someone correct me.
otherwise it looks amazing.
i too would like to know if they came chrome SETH. My yeller truck had a chrome grill when i frist got it. That why i had it rechromed. MAYBE some of the pro's on fte will tell us !!!!!!! HINT HINT
No chrome on the trucks except for the glass division bars and vent window frames on Deluxe cabs. Also some pot metal parts were chromed, lke the ashtray, glove box trim and the front arrows on a Deluxe truck. Otherwise, every other trim was stainless.
