I don't mean to be a bummer but I think there is a swap or for sale section and that there are rules about posting about needed or for sale parts...

That being said I would check your local craigslist: los angeles classifieds for jobs, apartments, personals, for sale, services, community, and events or crazedlist.org : search craigslist like a madman (for wider area search-state wide) for someone parting a truck.

Transfer cases around Iowa seem to go for $50-$100 for manual BW1356/1345 or you can go old school and get a NP203/5...

Transmission depend on condition and shipping cost can kill if your buying over ebay or from someone on here out of state...

"for sale" ads are not permitted in the tech forums, but wanted items are allowed:
"6. Personal Items For Sale . For Sale items are not allowed in the automotive and general discussion forums of FTE. This includes placing ads or links to ads in your signature. We have a Classifieds section that you can list your items in. Want ads are allowed in the forums so long as you post a follow-up when you find the part(s). Vehicle value discussions are permitted, however, if we find it turning into a for sale thread, the thread will be removed. The only exception to this guideline is the Chapter Forums. There is a specific thread in each Chapter Forum, for Chapter Members only, that is intended for local for sale items."
