For those with 45166 y-pipe

I'm putting one on my 92 since everything is rotted. Anyways, does anyone have a pic of one installed? I'm just wondering if there's enough room to put a 2.5"in/out, 4" dia case, 10" long thunderbolt cat on the flat right behind the curve from the down pipe, when it's under the truck.

This isn't the clearest pic:

But it does show where the 45166 ends. It's a LONG pipe and goes down, back, up, and over the transmission crossmember. In the pic, the exhaust clamp right in front of the cat is where the Walker pipe ends. There's only about 8 inches behind the cat to the muffler (which is a big 7" diameter muffler).

Thanks for the pic. I'll probably just put the cat there too.

During install, did you have to remove the crossmember? Or were you able to just wiggle it into place? I have mine on the kitchen floor waiting to go in, definitely a long chunk of pipe lol.

Nope, it slipped right over. The only thing I can think of in your case that may change that is the EFI intake (if it's still installed when you do it), but I don't know.

I didn't have any issues though, it was an easy fit.
