has anyone wired one of these to a 2006 or simialr F150 truck. Trying to figure out best place to get blinker and brake signal from since it states you can't get it from tail lights. it also says i can go to front turn signals and 3rd brake light, but would like to go to one spot for all 3. Please help.

 

Can you not get it from the trailer wiring harness?

 

That's what i thought, but the issue is as follows. The truck sends both brake and turn signal on same feed/wire. For blinking it interupts the feed. One bulb for both brake and turn. you need seperate signal for this light bar. that's why i came here. Thought someone might have a way around running wires to 3 different areas of truck or purchasing adapter kit for $30.

 

Ahhh makes more sense now I suppose. Is this the light bar that blinks one half while the opposite half stays lit?
