Question about adding A/C

I have I6 F150 and I have access to a V8 5.0 Bronco with all the A/C components. Would I be able to add AC to to my F1 from this bronco or would there be fitment issues?

I think you will find that the Compressor mount will be different and the manifold hose (the one to the compressor from the accumulator and to the condensor) will be different. Other than those two items it should change over. Your radiator may have to be upgraded to handle the additional heat load as well.
