yep you were right jeff that thing is sweet !!!!!!!!! i keep running across things myself , but usually stuff noone seems to have an interest in as of late . i like the oddball things so ..... did find a real sweet 77 f150 , green in colour with mags and duals and a bigblock for sale in one of the towns on my routes .......... hey stu , do you happen to know if that younger dude lives in yer lil' town that drives that late 60's econoline pickup that's like a faded tan or a weird colour of primer ????? it's got slot mags on it . trying to catch him to see if he want's a late model bird in trade for that thing . even the wife likes it ! i see it and get visions of bill golden in my head . got a roller 5.0 located already if i can get him too ...........................sheez it's time for work already .....................

Kevin - Pretty sure he's in Edinburg. I too have seen him driving around in the pickup, and know there's a panel of the same era sitting down there. Stu

The more I look at the pics you took the more I think that is one of the best original F-1's I've seen. I'd love to talk to the owner about it as I'm going for original on my 48. Any idea on wheel/tire size? I like the look of what he's running.

I would like to think he would be flattered! but some people are different ya know?
edit: he kinda gave me the "*******".....something about his teeth....almost cannibalistic....yeah just kinda freaky..

It's funny what you drive affects what you see
When I shopped for a F100 I didn't see any on the road. Now that I am working slowly on one I spot them everywhere. Heck, the closest motorcycle shop has one in the yard with some other project cars and trucks. I need to ask about that now that I spotted it.
