Blake, love the idea you have, it will look great. I just wanted you to know that I sympathize with the smashed in fender. I've had several on my 5er and the underneath is smashed to he!!

Yup i found out theres actually two 'royal blue metallic clear coat' paint options. The one im after is a shade darker and the paint code is LE/M6799. Theres also KM/M6479 which is just a hair lighter shade of blue.
Mine also has tiny tiny particles of metallic in it. They can't hardly be seen unless it is buffed and polished. They make all different particle sizes of the fleck. I think Ford used the smallest size they make
Yea im gunna have some metal flakes put in the paint to give it some sparkle but not too much. My current paint doesnt have any flakes in it and i wish it did to give it a better look.
