Maybe oil pan and pick-up for the pump
Exhaust manifolds
Flywheel and flex plate
If you have a standard shift with an old clutch, replace it and the pilot shaft bushing in the end of the crank shaft while its all out there in the open.
Hell you should check the rods and mains while the pan is off, put in a new oil pump, replace water pump, new valve cover gaskets, put in a new rear main seal, freshen it up with some paint and call it new!
