Rear doors rubbing paint off body

We have a new 2010 Expy that I noticed the rear doors are rubbing the paint off near the tops and along the curved areas around the wheel wells.

I took it back to the dealer for the body shop to "fix" and they took a grinder to the top of the doors "to make them fit" and did a crapy job painting it.

Looks as though it has been painted for the same thing before we bought it upon inspection in that area... it had 6000 miles on it when we bought it.

Its going back next Friday again... anyone else having issues with the doors rubbing paint off?

I took it to 3 body shops and they all said this could be a pretty involved problem to fix...

Any input?

Thanks
