I would pull all plugs. I would buy some Marvel Mystery Oil and using a funnel with a flexible thin hose, inject as much as possible in each plug hole.
Another thought is to remove the Plenum and pour MMO down each runner. You could also maybe use regular tranny oil, but MMO is cheaper. Perhaps pull the plenum, dump in MMO in each runner and also spray PB Blaster in each plug hole till it runs out of the hole.
Now for the next question...You got it unlocked..meaning you got all of it out of the fuel tank's, fuel lines, fuel return lines, fuel rail and the fuel injectors? Is this correct?
Perhaps you can give a beginning to the story of how you found out it has been "Sugared" and what happened next...All info would be crucial. Hopefully the pistons haven't siezed to the cylinder walls.
Hopefully this helps you some.

Sorry to hear that news...If the above tricks don't do it, it may be due for a trip to the machine shop. Worst part about it is that I'm sure all bearing's are ruined. I hate to know someone could stoop so low as to "Sugar" someone's engine..It's not just a fail to the person who drives it, but to the era these engines belong too.
