Installing tubs on my 65f100

I am so excited about the help I have received from you guys I can't' stop asking!! Iam now wandering about tubs. Iwant to have a lot iof meat under this baby. I am planning on a lincoln rear end. I was planning on picking up some stock tubs and welding to gather Would love some coment on this

So then you plan to narrow the frame as well? You can always stuff the current wells with the right combination of wheel width and backspacing. I had a 57 f100 that was running 10" wheels out back and still fit in the stock wells...

thanks Mike . That sounds like a good size tire and would save a lot of money. I did want the tub looks but I have to ask myself is it worth it I will consider what you did and maybe do it that way. Thanks for your reply. Paw_paw Ken

as said a 10" wheel will fit no problem. Probably room for a 11 or 12" wheel with correct tire and wheel backspacing.

I do know a 285/40 x 18 will fit no problem on a 10" wheel. THats what my truck has. No need to tub...

pics please????

I finally got my 295/55 15 MT drag radials on the back of mine....but I had to just put them on my 8.5" wheels that I had been running.
