No power to MAF sensor.

I've been fighting the p0171 & p0174 codes for a while. There's a MAF test on this site Part 1 -How to Test the Ford MAF (4.2L, 4.6L, 5.4L)
After step 1, I get no power. Is there a fuse to check?

Make certain that you're testing the red wire and that you turned the ignition switch on. Any advice beyond that is not possible since you did not provide specifics for what you are working on.

I'm working on lean codes (p0174, p0171). I already replaced the pcv valve and hoses, air filter, & fuel filter. Also, put new plugs, coil and plug wires.
The link I provided has the blue as the wire that carries the 12v. in and the red (#4) as voltage coming out.
Do they have it backwards ?
