Does any one know if a newer ( 08 +) F150 bed will fit on a 2000 super duty? trying to go for a different look and take my newer super duty tailgate and put it on the F150 bed.

 

they r supposed to
1999-2007 same , no major change, 2008-2010, should work with no issues
2011, has a bigger fuel door

 

The OP wants to know if a newer F150 bed will fit on a Super Duty. I would highly doubt this. The mount holes would be off due to the wider frames on the SD, and the body lines would not come close to lining up.

Now, as the 97-03 F150s had the same tailgates as the SDs, you could take a newer SD tailgate and put it on a 97-03 F150. It would be wrong, but you could do it.
