Alternative to OEM radiators for diesels.

Alternative to OEM radiators for diesels.
After reading on another forum about numerous inquiries with cooling/radiator issues, I contacted Detroit Radiator about if they build radiators for small (heavy duty) trucks. Their answer was YES, and a copy of the email they replied to me with is attached below.
I hope this helps a lot of you guys out that need to replace that OEM plastic radiator with a REAL one from now on. They build anything you desire, any amount of rows, tubes, etc. Never overheat again!
Good morning Tommy and thank you for your inquiry. We do offer aftermarket radiators for the F series with diesel engines. We offer a brass and copper replacement. Each tank will be brass and the core will be copper. There are a few models that we offer with the frame work as well. The easiest way to identify what radiator you or your friend have is with an OEM part number. Typically with Ford they will start with an F7 or F5 followed by HZ or HT…again that’s typically. If you cannot find any part numbers on the radiator, you can supply me with a few VIN(s) and I will be able to track the OEM number down for you. Thank you for your inquiry Tommy, and my direct contact information is below. Please feel free to call or email if you have any further questions.<O</O
