Unless your truck was swapped over to MAF then you don't have it. 1995.5-1996 came from the factory with it. Or at least some of the later 95's have MAF.

I have never seen (or heard of) a factory 94 with MAF

 

When you say MAF, are you are talking about Mass Air Flow sensor in the air intake or something else? Mine is a '94 and it definitely has a Mass Air Flow Sensor as that was one of the first things I cleaned when I got the truck.
