Pro Comp 6.5" lift with various tires I had on my 2000 over the years. I love my new truck but my 2000 was a blast to romp in!

When it had PJ Dirt Grips, 36x14.50's on it

When it had Swamper SSR's 37x12.50 on it

When it had Toyo M/T's 37x13.50 on it (it's on the wrecker for a broken sector shaft, lost steering!)

Don't go cheap, you'll get a much better ride with the higher end lifts. My 4" Icon springs ride better than stock due to having more thin leaves (11 or 12 as opposed to 2 thick leaves in the oem springs).

Here's some pics of 2011. Sorry not what your looking for,but I love my truck . Bought it used still trying to figure out what make a lift it is. Hoping some guys here might know. Front stabilizers say CST but checked and they only make a 4.5" lift. Pretty sure this is bigger with 37" tires. New to lifted trucks. utf-8BSU1HMDAzNTEuanBn.jpg picture by ninerM1000 - Photobucket

Looking at that picture, 4.5" sounds about right. The 2011's are huge to begin with!

I agree, '08+ trucks have larger front fender openings and you can fit a narrow 37" tire with just a leveling kit. Looks like a healthy 4.5" lift to me, some sit higher and others sit lower.

I have overload springs on the rear that set the truck off-level (its 2in higher in the back). What i really need is new front springs, and either blocks or add-a-leafs for the overload springs in the back. Or i could just get new rear springs and not worry about the blocks or leafs

The problem is that i dont want to spend $1800 on a skyjacker lift, and my dad (who has worked at a car dealership for 25+ yrs) was told by his parts and accesories guy that full traction and skyjacker are both good brands. Not to mention, i dont want over $1500 in this truck before i decide i want another truck.

I also dont like the price tag of icon lifts like yours, but you got a slick looking truck, thats for sure!

I'm liking that ICON 4" lift...

How do you think it would look on my truck, I'm running 305/70/16 now (translates to 32.8") Do you think my tires would look too small?

Yeah, I think they would look a little small. With my bumper I could shove 37s in there.

Well, in retrospect, I would rather do just a leveling kit and smaller tires to get better highway mileage.
