thinking about selling my 6.0 King Ranch

So my 05 is in the shop again, now I owe the guy 2500 for the HPOP and IPR valve (looking at other postings maybe I am wasting money on a faulty diagnosis). He went on to tell me that it needs to get into the alignment shop ASAP, as the front end joints are all very loose. I knew it needed alignment and was getting there when the thing broke down. The point being its another 1000 say for front end parts. This truck has 180,000 on it. At 164,000 I did the stud kit, exhaust, new turbo, sinister EGR delete. Never chipped.

This was my dream truck- F-350 Crew Cab 4x4 King Ranch. Now I'm scared of what is going to break next. Looking for advice here of any kind. What are the chances it will go the distance now? Or will I just keep bleeding green if I hang on to it? Nice truck, I am torn.

If you got 180,000 on the original pump, you should not complain. As far as the ball joints needing replacing at 180,000 you should feel proud, mine were replaced at 100,000 You can spend $4,000 into fixing it up or $50,000 to replace it.

I got the same truck you do and really don't need all this power but boy is it a riot to drive. (except when it comes to downtown parking)
Personally, I will do my own work. I found it's really not that difficult to learn and do 6.0 repairs especially with a forum like FTE

My ball joints were bad at 98k.I wouldn't sell it,you've done the major work to it in the studs.you could do the ball joints for around 250 yourself.
