P0113 - Intake Air Temp High... replace IAT?

Hey guys, I'm getting the above code about once a month or so in my 2006 5.4. Is this something that I need to replace, or can I just pull the MAF and clean it? If replacement, is it possible to only replace the IAT, or do I have to replace the entire MAF?

For what it's worth, I'm running a KN filter (not cold air intake) and had run it for a year before the codes started popping up. I don't over-oil the filter, so I don't think it's an oil issue. I've got about 50k on the clock.

Am interested in hearing what you all think.

Also, I don't have a tech manual for my truck. Which of these is the MAF sensor:

Clean the MAF and the sensor, then loose the K&N. Just my opinion, but I've read on here and heard that any filter that gets oiled caused problems eventualy.

you should just clean the maf and throttle body . i clean them every oil change and dont have a problem running the k&n. it does get dirty between cleanings though, so im sure that has something to do with your problems.

I took the module I labeled "A" in the picture above out to see about cleaning it. As far as I know that's the MAF and the IAT is integrated in that device. However, once I had it out I couldn't really see how to clean it. Any ideas? Did I take out the wrong thing?
