Hello everyone, I'm trying something that might work. I live near a salvage yard in the desert southwest (Las Vegas) and they typically have just about everything you would want and NO RUST! Post your needs and I will make a monthly trek to the yards and pull everything from roof skins and bedsides to doors to dash boards. I see way too many good parts get crushed, and not alot of parts get picked. (I will not pick engines, transmissions, t cases, axles, or fuel tanks) We will then need to figure out shipping or pick-up. I seldom see anything from 57-60, but post anyway just in case. If I go down there for multiple parts I can do this economically.

Here's my list for the moment.

Interior pieces.
Passenger side dash pad.

The dash piece that's below the steering column, that goes between the ash tray and the drivers door.

Drivers side power window, mirror, and door lock switch cluster plate. The black piece the switches mount to.

Rubber E-brake pad that goes over the pedal.

Other parts.

Front coil springs out of a Lightning.

license plate light bulb housing. I'm not sure what the name is. They mount to the bumper on each side of the license plate.

I need a drivers side upper bed corner above the tail light. I'll send you a pic for reference.

Hey, if you find any good wheel arch chrome and dent moulding for a shortbed dentside, I'd be interested, thanks. And if by chance there is a good steering wheel (i highly doubt they exist) for a '73-'77, that too, also, good black inside door panels, mine are the somewhat fancy ones with pleated "pleather" but any good black ones would do.

 

by the way, never seen good plastic parts here, sun bakes it to powder. Ill check on moulding for the shortbed. I may take a trip in a week or so. This thread is kinda slower than I thought

 

I figured that, the plastic hasnt survived to well anywhere after 35 years, let alone the furnace of Las Vegas . Let me know what you find, thanks!

I really could use the drivers side front interior door panel for a 1997 F-350 crew cab, tan and electric windows & door locks. This requires the hole for the big switch piece that has 4+ switches. If you find one I may come & get it (live in AZ could use a vacation) or we'll figure something out. Thanks, Kenny

61-65 doors seem to come up often enough, i know i have seen lots of good ones in the last year

I'd be interested in the ignition bezel and mounting ring for 65 F-100
also the connector the longer the leads the better.
I'd take the whole ingnition if it had the keys
