Not to mention blacking out those tailgaters with some soot with the dual rear exits, not having to pull along side of them...

Love my ATS dual outlet system. 4" from turbo to muffler, dual outlet from muffler, twin 4" pipes from muffler back. Mild rumble at idle, rather loud under heavy throttle, yet not bad at all when towing. Capable of blowing black smoke out both sides is a bonus. Totally agree backpressure is not needed, diesel or gasser. No mufflers or any restriction for that matter on dragsters to Nascar. How about inboard boats with thru the hull exhaust? No muffler, nothing, just straight out the back, if any vehicle needs all the torque it can get, it's a heavy boat! Backpressure is an old school myth.

You can get a couple of pieces of all thread or some long bolts and bolt that spare up under the frame like I did.

I just wish I coulda got duals for the Excursion. I love to see that smoke curling up off both sides of the truck!! Reminds me of wingtip contrails...
