EOT (engine oil temp) very low

I am scanning my EOT and ECT temps to see what they are before I do a coolant flush and switch to ELC. I am using a SCT scan dash and saw that my ECT temps are around 190-195 and that my EOT temps are reading around 50. I assumed that my eot sensor was bad so I installed a new motorcraft sensor today and I still have very low temps.

I checked the 6.0 bible and saw that the voltage (in) is suppose to be 5 volts. I have 5 volts with the plug disconnected but as soon as I plug it back in the voltage drops to 1.2 volts. What I need to know is what should I check for now? Is it possible the plug itself is bad? I have seen them for sale on Ebay and I assume that this is because they go bad. I also tried to push the terminals down on the plug just to make sure they are making contact. I tried to check the voltage coming out of the plug but it was not reading anything, and voltage in dropped to 1.2 when plugged back in.
Thanks in advance for the help.

I use a Scan Gauge II, not an SCT, but I presume your setup is reading OBD II data.

The programming codes for the Scan Gauge include Hex codes(?) to translate the OBD II output to degrees F or C and other "understandable" readings.

For example, I picked up the codes to show transmission gear on this site, but one digit in the program was wrong. Instead of gear #s 1 through 6 (yes, we have six speeds, but gear 4 or 5 is used depending on load, speed. etc.) my readout was 2,4,6,8,10, 12. One keystroke fixed it.

Maybe your sensor is good and your SCT scanner needs to be programmed correctly. I'd call SCT on Monday.
