Lazy lock

I've developed the "lazy lock" on the passenger door. My driver door works fine, but the passenger door wont move with the switch or remote. It was an intermittent problem that would last a couple of tries, and then it worked fine again so I didn't think too much about it. How do I fix it?

If you do a search for "power door locks fixed" there is a pretty good write up on the procedure. I just fixed both door locks on my 01 last week and they are working great again. Good luck!
