What is this electrical component? *Picture*

1995 F250 5.8 w/MT 4x4

I was amused that it's actually labeled "Do Not Drop". Anyone know what it is? It's located in the cab under the dash / behind the dash on the passenger side.

It snaps into a bracket on the bottom of the defrost tube. Probably someone replaced the heater core, and either broke it off the bracket to get it out of the way, or just was lazy and didn't put it back up. You might find the computer to the antilock brakes flopping around in there too, as you have to remove it to replace the heater core too.

Partsguyed is not in business. He had a stroke per his website. I am hoping to retrofit/add intermittent wiper to my 1985 E350. (this is a sliding control, not a ****.) I cannot find a Ford parts counter guy who can tell me what I need or if this can be done. Can I buy the intermittent wiper switch, a governor, and wiring plugs--or does this all need to be hard wired? The wiring/plugs are eluding me on the internet and parts stores. Thanks for any help.
