Yes anti-sway bays would help, and Yes the junk yard would be a good place to get them unless you can find someone on Craigslist parting a truck out. Your shocks also make a difference, are they in good shape?

Shocks won't help anywhere near as much as the anti-sway bars. Definitely get a set from the junkyard. Install both front & rear for best results.

If you can only get one sway bar, get the front. Do not run just the rear sway bar. That will create poor handling.

I have a factory rear sway bar and a Hellwig front sway bar. I was going to use an OE front one, but the end links require alot of work to get installed.

What do you mean? Is the front one hard to install?

Half the front suspension has to be taken apart to install the end links.

It can be done in about 30 minutes.

For the rear Helwig and stock are similar. Its just the front that is hard to install OE ones.
