Must be a pretty serious 428 you're putting in that Fairlane to be going for mid-10's... NICE! Always have had a soft spot for the Fairlanes, both vehicles are looking awesome Marc.

Brandon, if you build a 68-69 Fastback Torino post pictures on here... That's the car my dad and I built when we couldn't find a nice 66-67 Fairlane!
No problem, will do.

Didn't want you guys to think it was sitting around doing nothing.
The last shot is how you defrost food when a Yeti cooler is used.

Thanks guys.
Gavin I've been back and forth on if I should raise the front a bit.
I really would like a new set of springs.
The only thing holding me back is it handles the washboard stuff pretty well. Also seeing pics like this with it's nice stance and I'm not getting any younger.
But still a nice custom set would be nice. It is a hair down in the front on the flat.

I have not. Hope he's still alive.
BTW embarking on a big re wiring of the whole truck (well not whole but a lot).
A while ago HIO gave (yes gave) me a dual battery tray. Figured it was about time to use it. Thanks again HIO.
We need more power Scotty.
Also figured I need another project

I discovered this thread last week and just finished starting at page 1. Great job on the truck and doing some unique things to make it your own. This was a story worth reading.
