Unhappy 7.3 Insanity in Nevada *Now have CODES

Is there anyone in the Boulder City, Henderson or Las Vegas, Nevada area that has the AE that can read the codes?
Sadly do not have the $$$ that J&S Diesel wants + 4 hours waiting time to run the codes. Same with the Stealership who also said well the truck is 11 years old you need a new one. (NOT HAPPENING)

2001 7.3 PSD F250 58,000 mi

Still have SES light on. Still having same difficulties with sometimes having a loss of power. When we were in AZ at 4365' altitude it would not start unless it was plugged in to warm things up first - even when it was 60 degrees outside.

Have replaced the GPR, MAP, ICP, CPS. Did the .50 fix. Has new batteries, fuel filter, 1k on the oil change (Rotella 15/40). We have the o-ring repair kit for the IPR but do not have the tools. Coolant level is fine, Transmission fluid is clean and full.

So there really is not much we can do without knowing what the codes are.

Okay finally had the codes read this afternoon.

Code 1: P0472
Exhaust Pressure Sensor and it read low

Code 2: P1271
Injector wiring - injector 1

So what do I need to do to correct the problems?

Additional Note:
Checked the oil level in the HPOP. It is clean and appropriately full.
