IB Tim, noticed the administrator in your reply would you be the person to contact to joint the SC chapter? I went to the area where you joint and filled out the info but never heard anything ,maybe I didn't perform a step correctly.

Since South Carolina doesn't have a chapter leader right now, all join requests are automatically approved. Unfortunately, the site's software doesn't send any notice of approval....that's something the chapter leaders do.
