Try this one Scott.Use the same throw away pans that you seem to be using get a pork shoulder put in the pan cover it with foil and cook at the lowest temp. possible for about 6 to 7 hours get another throw away pan and pick the meat out and off the bone add some of your favorite BBQ sauce get some breed INVITE SOME FRIENDS OVER and last but not least HAVE THE BEER ON ICE.
