George, ken is probably 20 miles north of Springfield .
I am about 2 hours east of there

My older brother had that happen to him several yrs back. Missed the 2 alarm fire down at the end of the street. He slept right through most of the station coming down our street and past the house.

I also slept through a call after we had been out all night mutual aid at a house fire.

My brother was razzed pretty good for missing that one. Especially since they wound up the federal q as they went by.

Most of the new stuff in the county has gone to the electronic q Neil. There are still a few units that have the old qs on them though.
