Idk what hole I was talking about, thought there was one, coulda sworn i read something somewhere, or the fact I had seen bits of fuel in the valley b4... But anyways the parts guy at my local Stealership told me it was $100 wholesale, told him I needed the Fuel Filter Housing, thats the price he give me, what would one normally run??? My Dad has a guy he knows going to try and patch the hole in mine tonight... dono how its gona work out though.

This is the first time I heard that a leak could come from that plug or whatever it be. Do you know what is for? or is just a plug??.

Maybe you could take some pics of the "hole" and we will see what are you talking about. I think it could be welded anyway.

I talked to the guy this morning and he said it was a success, ill let it sit till tommorow and ill put it on.

I had a hole in the bottom of my bowl. JB weld held up for several years.
If it doesn't work let me know I may have something laying around you can have.

that pic looks like what ford calls a "fuel filter header". the dealership wants over $400.00 for a new one. I am needing the little plastic ball that sits behind the orifice vent if anyone knows where i might be able to find one. ford dealership claims that the cant get me just the ball. they want to sell me the whole thing. any ideas would be great!!! thank you.

First thing, WELCOME to FTE the best forum ever.
Second I dont think you could get ONLY the plastic ball, you have to get the whole kit.
