My avatar shows an unrestored wimbledon white F250 bottlecap hubcap with red letters so that was at least one of the colors they came in. I have more than one of them in this same color.
One of the trickiest things is painting the recessed letters on the bottle cap
hubcaps...it took me a spell to get them looking good...wish I knew how
they did it in the factory!

One way I have seen is to paint the letters first. Then when completely dry fill the recessed area in with water. Then spray the rest of the hub cap and let sit until completely dry before pouring off the water. Some have used liquid mask and have seen candle wax used to. I thought water was nice as you could easily fill to the level you want and get a nice sharp line.
The candle wax idea seems good...I ended up pouring the red into the letter cavity and then worked it into
position with dental tools-worked like a charm but took me forever!!
I just got my wheels back from powder coat, I bought the hubcaps already powder coated white, and I am having the black done by a friend who has a steady hand. I have included pictures of my wheels on the truck, and the first hubcap done.
