A/C Problem

Ok guys here is what I have e99 F-250. Freon is fully charged, at idle it only cools to about 75 degrees, and driving it cools to 50 degrees. Outside air temp is 93 degrees. Fan clutch works, high and low side pressures are good. Condensor and evaporator core are both clean. Any idea what is going on.

the clutch gap is correct, that is one of the first things I did this year as a preventitive check. the valve on the heater hose is a good idea, but does not explain the 25 degree difference from idle to driving.
