Need help identifying transmission

<table style="WIDTH: 100%" class="ecxMsoNormalTable" width="100%" border="0" cellpadding="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="PADDING-BOTTOM: 0.75pt; PADDING-LEFT: 0.75pt; WIDTH: 100%; PADDING-RIGHT: 0.75pt; PADDING-TOP: 0.75pt" valign="top" width="100%"> I need help identifying the transmissions in the picture below. They are believed to be Ford transmissions, but I don't know what they are from or their approximate value. If you can help, I'd be very appreciative. Thanking you in advance...

Without knowing the numbers and identification from them, it's hard to say with any authority what they are for. But in their apparent condition; dirty, crusty and stored outside in the dirt, value is likely minimal.

At least three of them have overdrive units on them - I don't see any of the identifiers that I usually use for Ford/Borg Warner trannys

Need help identifying transmissions.

Need help identifying 4 transmissions:

Took advice and found some numbers;

Trans (#1) T-96-1A, built by Warner Gear Div, R 10B-1E SB, F201;

Trans (#2) T 84G 1A, Warner Gear Div, 3-31 MF, R7-C-MF2, 2-18;

Trans (#3) 5 R 10H-1 Warner Gear Div, GM 14, 3845122, H 11-18 0127, Warner Gear Div;

Trans (#4) T-86E-1A, 2-27

I have a buyer but no idea what to ask for these transmissions.

T-96, T84, and T-86 are all transmission designations. R-10 is the overdrive designation, it does not tell you what transmission it is. All of these look like they have R-10 series overdrives on them. Check the transmission case for #3 again.

#3 either has a broken off input shaft or it has been removed, so it's sort of irrelevant. The O/D parts are likely all that's of any value, particularly if the solenoids are 12 volt.

Does the buyer know what they are, or what they're for? Is he/she looking to use them for something in particular, or just wanting them for scrap? With the price of scrap being what it is now, a steel recycler yard would pay upwards of $75-100 for the lot.
The value is going to be based on the condition of the internals. If the insides look anything like the outsides, and it appears the one on the far left has had the cover off of it for some time, there's not a whole lot of real value there. Tell him you want $200 each and see how fast he walks away. Then ask him what he's willing to pay. You'll find out quick how serious he is. I would think if you got anywhere close to $100 each, you'd be doing good.

That's my 2c, which ain't worth a nickel.

I think those were most common to Studebaker, Nash and Willis - One may have seen some use in Fords (The one on the right) - The OD parts will have more value separated then the tyranny's themselves - OD Parts = anything behind the main case and the main shaft of the tranny
