I need help identifying some transmissions, but I'm not seeing the 'Manage Attachments' button so that I can upload a picture for review. Can someone tell me where this button is found, perhaps with a screen capture? Thank you for your help.

 

You may need more posts before the site will allow posting pics directly, or maybe it's a supporter thing. Either way, this can be diverted by using photobucket or some other site, and adding it to the post as an image.
