First of all are you planning on using a carbureted 300 or EFI? Either way you go you will need the 6 cylinder motor mounts, a clutch and flywheel, the correct down pipe to connect the exhaust system, and you may need to change out some of your wiring depending on whether or not you are running carbs or EFI. You might need to change your radiator, will at least need to change your coolant hoses. Other than that the 300 will bolt to the same bellhousing as your 302, The swap should go pretty much trouble free, concidering most of the accessories and wiring off your 302 should transfer to the 300 with no trouble. Good luck!
