Space for rent in Metuchen/Edison
Gentlemen,
I have two(2) spaces for rent/lease. Both 2700 +/- square feet. Gas heat. Flourescent lighting. Bathroom. Separate electric and gas. Lots of parking with security camera surveillance.

One is just a warehouse or shop. 12' ceilings. Steel girder down center good for hoist or crane. 9' overhead door could be opened up larger.

The other has an 400 square foot office with the remainder warehouse. Again, steel girder down center. This space is fully air conditioned. 12' overhead door.
