I have a few race cars. The 1st picture is my blown alcohol altered. It runs high 6's at 210 mph.
The 2nd is my 2008 Mustang. Had it on the dyno last Friday to re-tune the engine. It made 779hp at the tires and 655 ft lbs of torque. I ran a 9.98 @ 141mph a couple of weeks ago at Pacific. Drove it there and drove it home.

I take great pride in driving my "race" car to (and from) the track
And to and from work too
Whats your mods?
If u dial it back a hair, You can run CCC.
I run with the Car Club Challenge. I use a de-tuned pump gas setup that runs 10.90's @ 130mph without nitrous. This is still to fast since I don't have a cage yet. It's a supercharged, nitrous combo. Kellogg crank, Manley rods, DSS pistons, ported heads, Comp Cams. It's 281ci and makes around 915hp at the flywheel.
here's my 2005 Pontiac GTO
502rwhp/620rwtq (N/A: 400rwhp, 402rwtq)
it's got the 6.0L (364ci) LS2 V8 (rated at 400 hp/400 tq)
T56M12 6 speed Manual Tranny
3.46:1 rear end with IRS
custom grind, comp cams. 226/226 591/591 on 112lsa
Kooks Staneless, 1-7/8" primaries with 3" collectors and Random Tech High flow 3" cats (2 of em')
Borla full X-pipe cat back (with the 5 inch tips "Grapefruit Shooters")
Hotchkis front and rear Anti-Sway Bars
BMR Billet Axle Stubs, BMR HD CV axle shafts
in the end,
it runs 11.6X at about 120mph (on "Street" tires)
Mine was the fastest in the land for a couple years.
First PNW LS2 WITH A CAM, ETC...
Then my buddy vested me with a 11.5x @ like 225+ in his black Twin TURBO GTO.
I'm pretty sure there are a few more 11 sec goats atound by now. (kinda stopped trying to defend my claim about two years ago)
But I doubt any have the miles or track time of mine. :P
