say what, 1.5 hours for a little bumper grille??? If you get the one from Carriage Works, at least it comes with brackets and the install literally takes about 5 minutes.

This one took some time obviously, and a lot of dexterity... lol... Still pleased with the finished product though.

When you factor in 1 hr 25 min of drinking beer and then 5 minutes for the install it makes sense to me lol !!!

Did you need to remove the blocks (license plate mount) to install this? The one I bought has 4 angle brackets on the sides. Theres no way to drill a hole with out removing them, Is there? I don't see how to remove them without breaking the pins.
Thanks

F 150 EcoBoost grille

I got on ebay and they have more. The seller was sleekautoaccessories
$37.49 Plus 10.35 shipping. Looks perfect but the installing seems difficult.
To install the bolts with out removing the bumper blocks is almost impassable. I don't see how they come out yet.
Good luck

Don't feel too bad. I'm a professional installer and it took me 40 minutes to install one of these on my new 2011 SCrew. Looks great, but you'll scrape up your forearms pretty good installing it. The secret is you'll need a 10" long open end wrench to reach the nuts. I drilled out the original holes and moved up to 10-32 screws just so I could use a long 3/8" wrench.

Here's the seller on eBay...

Because the bean counters at Ford told them to!
