The first one is at idle

Second one is at 2500 rpm

I notice that running through the gears (automatic).... the numbers rise a little more

OPERATING VALUES
Just make shure the numbers are taken exactly like this
Truck in PARK OR NEUTRAL all times during test
ECT at 190* or close to And EOT at 185* or higher
A/C OFF
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
#1-------KOEO=Key On Engine Off =record EACH sensor value and POST IT!!
#2-------Low Idel (truck idel on its own)=record EACH sensor value and POST IT!!
#3-------High Idel (2500RPM)=record EACH sensor value and POST IT!!
ALL^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Taken in Park or Nuetral
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
And the last set of numbers are sensor operating range. If it falls out of this range I beleive a DTC/CEL will be set.

EBP @ 2500rpm yours looks HIGH

here what you should have
EBP 103 (15) 110 (16) 110 (16) 55 - 607 (8 - 88) kPa (PSI) Exhaust Pressure

Program EBP Volts lets check it that way or basically cross check it

also lets check this one=V-Ref @5 volts???

and you could also try to run witht he EBP sensor unplugged and let it default see if that changes anything

even thought he ebp reading is High don't automatically assume the ebp sensor is Bad

Iv got some info Sean gave me if I can find it

do you have any DTC

wow!

I joined this forum after reading this post. Holy cow! You have done a ton of work to this truck! Remember back when you posted that you could cause a stumble by pushing on the harness? Did you ever replace that harness? I read where you tested it and didn't find a problem. I have replaced dozens of these harnesses (main engine harness) for this concern. You wont find an issue with the harness when you uses a DVOM, but the vehicle wont run bad when you are done. Make sure that your intake manifold bolts do not have any studs poking up where the harness wants to lay down. The problem is the harness rubs against a bolt head on the intake and can break a wire. The other problem is the harness can degrade inside the insulation. It only takes one strand of wire to pass an ohms test, but that wont carry the required current.

kardonnis ....

thanks for the suggestion(s) .... I have checked all of the harnesses and even replaced the injector harness with a new one.

Benny ........

I don't understand what you posted .... are those supposed to be values? I have seen those many times, but never understood them.

wiggle test.

It is not the injector harness. It is the main engine harness. It will pass every test except one - the wiggle test. If you can manipulate the harness and duplicate the concern then it has failed the wiggle test and should be replaced. No other item you have replaced will cause your concern. An internal oil leak is a hard start/long crank or crank no start. An EGR issue is a lack or loss of power that feels very different from the stumble you are getting. If you are dropping fuel injectors then you need to check fuel pressures. If you have a miss cold that clears up warm you have sticktion. But you have a concern that lasts for just a few seconds, makes the vehicle act like it was shut off and will not set a code. You are loosing V-ref for a few seconds. The computer can't set a code because it is getting screwed up at the same time. By process of elimination you are left with the wiggle test that failed.

Lowes or valuation for every sensor

Key on engine off

Key on engine running

2500 rpm

The values I listed are what eAch sensor should have/read per the operating condition ie(koeo/idle/2500rpm

Don't get to hung on ebp cause it might show high value because of what's wrong with the truck

Yours only failed high idle ebp

The bel sensor itself is likely good since it passed at koeo and idle tests
