This morning I unplugged the EBP sensor and the bucking seemed to be a little less.
hmmmm.... wonder if I needed to clear the KAM with the SCT tuner after I unplugged it? Would it make a difference?
heck......... gonna try it at lunch when I get home. If there isn't a difference I will plug the EBP back up and then unplug the EGR valve and clear the KAM & disconnect the batteries and see what happens.

for those that might freak out..........
I know tht I need to leave the EGR plugged in for fan operation. I am just going to have it unplugged long enough to see if it makes a difference as far as the bucking is concerned.
the drive from work to home will bring the motor up to opreating temp. then I am going to disconnect the batteries / turn on headlights
wait about 10 minutes
turn off headlights / connect batteries / unplug EGR connector / use SCT to clear the KAM
-- VGT relearn --
- KOEO turn key on (wait minimum 5 seconds) turn key off / 2 times
start motor and see what it does. If there isn't a change I will plug the EGR connector back up.

Plugged the EBP sensor back....
disconnected batteries and all.......... waited a little over 10 minutes then hooked everything back up.
Unplugged the installed EGR valve and installed the plug into an EGR valve I had laying around (don't know if it is good or not) and just layed it on top of the motor.
KOEO VGT relearn
Used SCT to clear KAM
results:
nothing changed.
going to just unplug the EGR all toghther and see what happens on the way home.
Oh..... At least the CEL side is working. Being that the EBP was unplugged it threw the (P0472) code.
makes me think that the EBP sensor is good because if it wasn't good it would throw code .........correct?

Before I left this morning I put these in the SG2
EGR Duty Cycle (Percent)
EGR Valve Position (mm)
EGR Valve Position Desired (%)
EGR Valve Position Measured (%)
I got all zero's. Even once I got it up to temp, they never moved, all of them stayed at zero.
I think this confirms the EGR is not commanded ON when running a tune, or at least my tune.

and running not to far or hauling a load unplugging the EGR is ok, yes the fan Function wont come on but the only way to problem solve the EGR besides Scan Gauge and with out buying new
