Seat belts question and Offroading pix. Weird combo kinda lol

Well, first things first I need to get my passenger seat belt off.....but the bolt was stripped. I tried using an allen and a larger torx key. I also tried to use a dremel an cut a place for a flat head to turn it out and to maybe knock it out. I have also tried to drill it out. None of these things have worked! I need help bad. heres a few pix of what the screw looks like now

Thanks for any help in advance

NOW! for the goood stuff!
Just decided to go through a lil trail near my house that runs behind a food lion that I've never been to. It wasnt anything big are hard but just a lil fun time. I got a few pix while back there and it turned out pretty good.

and one last pic of my truck and the other project/toy in our yard now

I no its a ford and a chevy.but I've always and will alway be a sucker for a vette. lol

Take a small peice of metal rod or something and weld it to the bolt to where it hangs off, then either hit it with a hammer until it frees OR use a hollowed out pole for leverage. Mine did the same thing and i got it out that way. If it doesnt make sense let me know and ill draw a picture lol its hard to explain.

BTW bada$$ truck! But am i goin crazy or is that thing right hand drive??

Can you grind off at least 2 sides opposit each other, so you can get a wrench on it?

get a big drill bit and drill all the way through till the head is no longer attached to the shaft then use a broken screw extractor

Go under the truck and find the other end of the bolt(if its the floor bolts, can't tell in your photos), make sure its not full of rust or other crap. If possable wire brush the threads off and use PB blaster or equ and let it soak in. The next thing you can do is get a cold chisel and start hammering in the direction to loosen it. That's what I had to do on a few seat belt bolts. Afterwards as long as the nut is not munged up, USE Anti-lock paste with new bolt.
