99 f250 5.4 transmission wiring harness

I've got a 99 f250 SD with the 5.4....i noticed that my transmission wiring harness was resting on the drive shaft and wore through the wires. Is there a place I can get a replace wiring harness besides a junk yard? I am also thinking about repairing it but I'm not sure what gauge wire it is....perhaps 18 or 20 gauge?

Any help or advise would be greatly appreicatied.
