*Truck info 1995 F150 Reg Cab Long Box 4.9 L6 5 speed 177xxx kms

Went into the truck to move it around the driveway before I started the radius arm bracket and seems like she doesn't wanna stay in first when parked it will slip back into neutral. luckily my driveway is flat kinda. . . Pardon me if there is a stickie I should read before

if its the mazda m50d2 there is a set of forks that do the shifting they tend to wear out, i dont know the part number off the top of my head, but they do make a kit to replace them.

My friend just did this on his 95 4.9 5 speed, and it shifts like new again. There are also some rubber plugs/grommets that should be replaced when doing this. They start leaking when the get older.

Thing that got me was she shifts soooo nice. Such a pleasure to cruise with. If anyone can get me a part number for those forks it would be greatly appreciated

And anyways is wondering, these are the 3 rubber plugs it's sooooo important to replace these if you want this tranny to live long!

They can be easily accessed with the floor hump removed.
