4th time post here.

2011 Ford supercab xtr 4x4 5.0

Ive had the truck for two weeks, its great, I traded in an old Crown Victoria p71.

Anyways, I had given them my costco info, and my dads xplan pin, and they assured me at the time that it would be fine, I dealed with them a bit more and got a decent price for the truck.

They did not scan the costco info or the xplan pin number to see if it was valid until TWO weeks later, they are now asking for the money because both of these discounts cant be claimed through ford/costco

I have financing through a bank here the paper work all done and i have the bill of sale, as i said before ive been driving it for the last 2 weeks, insured, registered and all.


The financing lady accused me of being dishonest and playing games.

This is to date the biggest purchase ive made on my own and i was extremely nervous to even go about the final sale.

I know this isnt a legal forum but im really lost what to do.

 

you can only get one...probably the same price for either. They are gonna have to re-do the loan in order to get it right.

This is the wrong way to do business, they should have known better to begin with.
