Need some info on this beast.
1} Is there a second fuse box somewhere except the one under the steering wheel.
2} Brake lights, indicators and front lights work but none of the side or back lights are going on.
3} Where can i find a wiper control ???
4} Air Pressure in all 6 tires ?
Got some more question if there is some-one out there who can help. 12 Pack of Buds or Canadians will be delivered.

I have a 1986 F 250 4x4 lariet only has 1 fuse box under steering wheel had problems with the lights. fuses were all good not burnt but after pulling most of my hair out I found that the prongs on the fuse that go into the box were dirty after cleaning those everything worked fine.

Being a motorhome, the lights on the camper body it's self not working could be corroded wires in the walls or bad sockets. Had a similar problem with my 87 E350 Diesel camper as well, but only for the front top overhang lights.

But there should be a fuse box in the camper as well for everything in the camper.

Tires, I running Michelin LTX M/S2's Load range E, they're rated at 80psi max, I run 'em at 75psi front, outer dually 75psi and inner dually 73psi.

And they all wear down nice flat and even!

Good Advise

Thank you gents, I'm gonna give it a try tomorrow morning. Already pulling my hair out with the lights and hopefully cleaning the contact points will help.
If one of the small lights on the sides or one of the bulbs are blown will it cut the power to the rest of the lights ? Could it be a fuse if the head lights are going on but not the back lights ?
Where do i deliver the beer to ???
Regards
Hendrik

When it was my fuses none of my lights worked. I just have a slide in camper in my 250 but I also had a problem with the ground on the running lights around the camper some worked and some didnt untill i removed and cleaned the ones that didnt work, when I got this camper it had sat for about 5 years I even had 3 birds nests in the heater flue the pilot light would light but would go out when the gas was turned on after cleaning that the heater worked great. Hope you find your problems and get to start enjoying yours soon. A bad ground connection can make any light not work.

You most likely have an 1986 E350 (Econoline) Cut-Away, not an F Series truck.

Cut-Away: Beginning in 1975, Ford took the Econoline cargo van, cut the body off behind the front seats, then sold it to Class C motorhome manufacturers who installed the body.

Wiper control: Are you asking for the wiper switch? If so, there are two types: With or without intermittant wipers.

1980/91 Econoline and 1973/78 Galaxie/LTD/Mercury Marquis:

D3AZ-17A553-C .. W/Shield Wiper/Washer Switch-Use without intermittant wipers (Motorcraft SW-1156-A).

D3AZ17A553D .. W/Shield Wiper/Washer Switch-Use with intermittant wipers (Motorcraft SW-1155-A).
