please help need my truck runnin

i recently had some electrical problems with my 86 f150 300in 6 i have replaced the battery all the wires and a sylinoid,my problem is i need to jump the truck every time to start it,once the truck is started the battery just looses its charge it goes from 13.5 to ab`out 11 then shuts off,and while its in the process of loosing volts all lights go dim. i tried to do a load test ont the truck by disconnectint the neg battery cable and reading if there were any volts. with it disconected i got a full 13 volt at the neg cable i found out when i disconnected the 2 black and red wires off the sylinoid the draw went to 0 they are they small wires not the power wires to starter black goes to altinator no clue where red goes i dont know if i need a new ignitioin switch or what please some electrical guru please help thanks

this is a good guide but i already performed this test and found my altinator to be charging the battery fine my problem seems to be a drain some where in the wiring i narrowed it to some where at the sylinod. and does anybody know where i can find the location of the voltage regulator at

I am not sure what the black & red wires you removed from the solenoid are used for; in fact, I'm not even sure they're factory.

Can you by chance post some close-up pictures of your starter solenoid, battery and alternator?

Do the wire you speak of show up here? One of subford's pictures:

I'd have the altenator tested. Sounds like one of the diodes is bad.
